The Kai Wo Car BE11 rear door outer guards are shaped specifically to snap onto the left and right rear doors, pulling double duty as a protective barrier and a styling piece. We run these using high-strength stock so they can handle harsh road conditions, stopping nasty scratches, shopping cart dents, and everyday parking lot scrapes from messing up the actual door metal.
Advantages
Built tough against dings: The heavy-duty structure handles abrasions and low-speed impacts beautifully, helping you keep the truck or car's exterior looking clean and respectable.
Shrugs off bad weather: These guards handle pouring rain, heavy winter snow, and blazing UV rays without cracking or losing their color, blocking out moisture so the underlying frame doesn't start rusting or corroding.
Enhanced Safety: By taking the brunt of everyday side dings and bumps, these panels shield the door's actual structure so everything stays tight and doesn't get warped or loose over time.
Slick body lines: These guards have a really clean, modern profile that blends right into the car's original styling, giving it a bit of a premium look out on the road.
Zero awkward gaps: We match the factory contours of the rear door panels perfectly so everything lines up right. It looks like a native, integrated piece rather than some cheap aftermarket add-on.
Play with the finishes: You can grab these in a couple of different surface styles, like matte or high-gloss, depending on whether you want them to match the paint code or pop as a contrasting accent.
No-fuss mounting: We set these up for a quick, straightforward installation right out of the box, throwing in the necessary mounting hardware so your crew can bolt them on without a headache.
Wipes down clean: The raw composite stock doesn't trap dirt, so you don't have to baby it—a quick spray with a hose keeps them looking new.
Highly adaptable: The underlying geometry is versatile enough to play nice with a variety of related vehicle models, making it a highly useful part for fleet setups.
Key Features
Smart composite mix: We turn to advanced composite formulations to hit an awesome strength-to-weight ratio. This gives the guards plenty of armor plating but keeps them lightweight so they are easy to lift and align during assembly.
Flawless injection cycles: By leveraging advanced injection molding machinery, the parts come out with dead-on physical dimensions and zero surface flash, easily clearing strict automotive QC checks.
Bespoke tool making: We cut the molds specifically around the blueprint of the Kai Wo Car BE11 platform. Doing that custom tooling work in-house is the only way to ensure the final parts line up perfectly with the factory hinges and latches.
Brutal quality checks: Our quality control team runs inspection checks through every single shift—from the initial CAD files right down to checking the final part thickness—to weed out wonky batches before they get palleted.
Flexible layouts: We aren't locked into a single, rigid design layout. We can modify the mold paths to accommodate custom customer requests or slight styling changes down the road.
Make it your own: Buyers can spec out custom color runs or unique face textures to line up with their brand's look, giving you a custom appearance that fits your target market.
